Outside narrative is hilarious

All these “analyst” think if Lane loses this game the whole state turns on him. Yes it would be disappointing to lose this game but real smart fans understand this is a process.
Kiffin did not come here to just win on September 19th. He came here to BUILD a winning program and compete every year.
Listening to people on podcasts/tv with their idiot takes just make me laugh. They truly don’t understand. I can’t wait to kick Ole piss arse this weekend and watch everyone get on their knees for LK because to everyone else this game is what defines LSU and the program.

If LSU loses a tight game yes I’ll be disappointed but anyone with any sec football knowledge knows it’s difficult to win on the road. Especially if the team you are playing is good. This would be their best shot to beat kiffen because after this year they won’t have the best QB in the country. We in it for the long haul.

I mean they are kinda right. Look how the board was with Jayden Daniels wasn't performing. They turned on him and were calling for "Nuss Bus".
Look how they were last sat. We doing bad first half, and they were already calling for our Charlie Weis Jr. and Blake Baker.
Realistically? Cooler heads prevail but our fan base will eat itsself alive.

That's the difference between the LSU and Ole Miss programs. One lets individual games define their success. One looks at the big picture and wins championships. Louisiana isn't turning on Kiffin if he loses this game. Most of us didn't go into the year with a "championship or bust" mentality. We do expect to compete for it well into the year. IMO, as long as we go 4-2 with (OM, A&M, Bama, TX, TN, AU) I think most of us would take that in a heartbeat.

If you are being objective, JD would not throw the ball down the field or into the middle of the field his first year, UNLESS the WR was wide arse open. That isn't debatable. Given that it was his 4th year as a starter, many didn't think he could change. He did. Props to him. Now he lost those props. Kick rocks.

this game is important to keep momentum but not crucial. We could potentially play OM 3 times this year but not likely. That is why I dont get too cocky after a win.

That has nothing to do with calling a BTR judge and his court room and kangaroo court, calling the AD a puppet, making fun of Wade Rouse's mother, and countless other segments from the National Media. Nor the insulting remarks about Charlie Kirking Lane or calling Lane's daughter a whore but yeah its justified. SMH that has nothing to do with p&g glasses. GTFO
