Thoughts on whether we should go after him given we lose Marshall, Racy and Chase next season? Seemed like an explosive target from the little I have seen...

Or do we just save spots for linemen?

Didn't Rambo do basically nothing this year?

Nah, sign Brian Thomas Jr.
And add him to this receiver room of
Kayshon Boutte
Jaray Jenkins
Koy Moore
Trey Palmer
Jontre Kirklin
Alex Adams
Deion Smith
Malik Nabers
Chris Hilton
Jack Bech

Still a young receiver room - but I get your point - a lot of talent in there!

My friend is a big sooner fan. He told me 9 of their players have entered the portal. That’s insane. Can you imagine if 9 LSU players entered the portal a few days after the season.

We lost all of them this season in one capacity or another, and we managed alright

Probably not. We need to get serious about not giving a schollies to transfers who will be here for a year unless they are legit good and it’s a big position of need

Any idea why? Seems like they are supposed to return a lot of talent and should be pretty optimistic about 2021.

With Ehlinger leaving Texas, their path to another Big 12 title looks pretty easy.

No. I’m so used to our guys doing it during the season.

Rambo wouldn't get snaps here. He was OU's #3 receiver this year in a relatively depleted WR corps for them (with Haselwood out especially) which a true freshman and sophomore were ahead of him. His role significantly diminished from the previous year, and that was with Lamb still around, and a healthy Haselwood.

Member when Texas Tech's leading receiver Jonathan Giles transferred in and sat out 2017, only to catch a bad case of the dropsies in 2018?

Now you want LSU to consider taking another XII retread who appears to have been passed up in the OU depth chart?

PASS!

I knew the board would down vote you but I feel like he could help us in case some of these incoming freshman don’t pan out or aren’t ready year one hence Jefferson and Chase freshman year

Wasn’t in any particular order. Just listed the upperclassmen first and the incoming freshman at the end.

Honestly, with this group, would Rambo see much playing time here ?

It wasn’t so much the dropsies. It was his running through quicksand 6.7 40 speed.

I was going to say, Giles' problem wasn't really just drops (he was bad there though), it was literally just getting open. I know he had some injury that clearly was affecting him to be able to go from a 1100+ yard receiver at TTU to being completely awful here.

I'm not trying to kill the guy but man he is the WORST WR at LSU I can remember who actually played a lot. It's like they just couldn't give up on him till really late that season. According to PFF he took 213 snaps at WR that season and managed 10 catches on 19 targets, just 59 total yards, 3 first downs and 3 drops. The only thing more painful than watching him play WR that year was also watching him return punts. He's without a doubt the worst punt returner in the history of LSU, and yeah I dont even care what 1921 guy someone looks up to find who was actually worse

He would literally fair catch punts with no defender within 10 yards of him. Infuriating.
