We braced ourselves for it. We knew it was coming. It was the down year of all down years and we took our arse whooping and ended up playing better in our last two games.

Ohio state really thought they had this and they are getting completely embarrassed in front of the whole country. The scoreboard isn’t much better than it was in Baton Rouge and if Smith didn’t break his finger, it would have likely been worse. When we talk about strength of schedule in the SEC West, this is what you are taking about. Playing these assholes every year. Hopefully Nick Saban will retire now that he needs two hands for all of his rings.

He needed 2 hands already. Now he can wear Bama rings on both hands.

All I care about is how we bounced back.

That team could have easily packed it in but they played their guts out in the Swamp and kept the momentum going on senior night.

Experience means more than we realize. Bama had it this year. We will have it next year. All these guys aren’t coming back to play patty cake. Credit goes to Bama this year. Don’t count out the home team next year!

OSU was missing a ton of players. Nobody gave them a shot. A lot hoped me included but they had too much out to have a shot.

How's that gonna happen without the quality and quantity of talent on the OL and DL once again?

Yall can cheerlead and dream till the cows come home, but you have to face the harsh reality of the situation.

There IS NOT a process in place by the HC to make LSU a dominant program; just grasping at straws and urinating in the wind hoping that lightning will strike twice.....

Has any coach got more rival coaches fired than Nick Saban? Bama’s success drives other fan bases nuts.

It's crazy how Saban just seems to get better. He churns out coaches like yesterday's stale milk but makes no difference. DAMN, I wish we could have kept him. We'd be the dynasty that the gumps are. Geez...

ONG. And while you’re talking about strength of schedule, I just want address Dabo Swinney and the AUDACITY to bring up someone else’s weak schedule... hey pot, I see you’ve met kettle.

It’s so true though. The SEC West IS the college football playoff. The only way other conferences win a nat is if the SEC West regular season beat up on a team so badly.

Good question. In the last 20 years, the SEC West has sent 14 teams to the National Championship Game and has won 10 championships in the last 20 years.

That’s pretty impressive.

I came into 2020 not even expecting much simply because of the incredible run last year and all that we lost.....and that was pre-covid and opt outs. Of course i was frustrated with several of the losses, but if you're being realistic, MSU and Mizz are the only real head scratchers.

Going into 2021, with what you said above, I have a lot of enthusiasm and anticipation for this year based on the youth and grit this team showed in those last 2 games with guys who still wanted to play. I hope this transitions over to the spring, the weight room and the fall.
