Yeah, I’m calling BS on this. If this is in fact the case, that would mean Woodward made his choice, negotiated a deal w/ Sully, then went to BOS to get the deal ratified only to have the rug pulled out from under him.
If this did occur, we got bigger problems. This is Joe Alleva Jimbo Fisher level bull$hit and we’re right back in 2016.

She was still married, but I believe separated. The husband found out about O'Sullivan fricking his estranged wife and murder suicided the kids and himself.
It was not O'Sullivan's fault, it's just a fact of life that this is considered baggage.
In addition to his own custody/alimony issues.

Not necessarily true. Woodward could've given his top 2-3 to the BOS and told them to approve each before he went down a rabbit hole of wooing them and negotiated with them.
Due diligence on the front end on your side before talks begin is just good business.

I would be curious - not enough to do the work myself - how Bianco’s teams finished compared to their recruiting ranking vs how Paul’s teams did.
Also, you have to remember - Ole Miss will always play second fiddle to Miss St in Mississippi in baseball. He has obstacles LSU doesn’t have to clear.
How has Bianco demonstrated his inability to coach or get the most out of his teams?

If you've been following along, a great many of us have been saying we didn't want him for quite some time. He just hasn't done enough with the talent he's had there. Throw in his team's performance this weekend, and that doesn't help.
People on here were saying something about off the field concerns with him, too. I have no idea what that's about, or if it's true. I just know I'm fine with him not coming here.

I’ve defended Sully because his resume is about as good as it gets, but deep down I really don’t think he’s the right “fit” for LSU and the person to re-energize the program. So I’m definitely not devastated if he’s out of the running.
