quote:It sounds like she might actually be a sweet old lady not looking for a payday. She just wanted LSU to not be piece of shite harboring jackasses
But I find it odd that instead of filing suit against Guice for money and/or the school since Guice was still enrolled at LSU when this possibly happened, she just wanted him to not play in a game.
This seems an odd request for being vulgar to someone. As a coach I might have not responded to this. Remember it, maybe.
Whoops

quote:There was recently a report published regarding the investigation of LSU’s mishandling and possible cover up of sexual assault allegations, which specifically began with allegations against Guice, and you’re surprised that it comes out in the report and not when it happened?
I also find it odd that this is being brought to light now, not shortly after this allegedly happened.

I think she has every right to be pissed
we agree absolutely. all i am saying is that she does not get to decide upon the punishment. either the legal system does, or the coach does. also, both the law and the coach have to live with the consequences if it is found that they were unnecessarily easy on the player....because he is a football player.
On a side note, i personally think that guice is lucky that this woman did not have sons that decided to get a piece of his a$$.

so Guice made lewd comments and gestures towards this woman and now is the family looking for something out this?
It’s worth reading the report
Ms Scott called LSU a few days after the incident. She’s not just now bringing it up lol

So if there were several calls there has to be a trail of records. That trail would confirm she talked to Coach O. Funny no one has produced this trail that would have to exist...mouthbreather.

This woman never came public until she saw O called her a liar in the report

They have these things called computers that can search records really fast and find a number. It’s not like they are looking through a ream of papers. You people really are idiots including Justice and Lester.

Instead they sent O out yesterday to walk back his denial....

quote:No one is even disputing there were multiple calls in December 2017, that came from LSU staff to Husch Blackwell, not from Gloria Scott. The only thing that Scott has noted since the report was published is that she is the 70 year old referenced in the report, and that it was Orgeron she talked to...since the report couldn’t identify the coach and O said he never talked to her, which he subsequently changed to he couldn’t remember if he talked to her.
So if there were several calls there has to be a trail of records.

I wasn’t aware of that.
Again, I was just posting what I had been made aware of. I never claimed to know all the details and such.
Thank you for the info.

If LSU comes out and says this woman is lying or confused SJWs like you will immediately say that they are attacking the victim and hurting “survivors.” It’s a no win media situation. People like you have created this bullshite environment we all live in now where everyone is a victim and no one can defend themselves with logic and facts.
Also you can’t prove the null moron. There is no evidence for something that did not occur. However, it should be easy for her to prove she did talk to him if it happened.

My point exactly. Where is the trail of calls from Scott to Coach O? If she had talked to him there would be a record. I honestly think it’s a 50/50 probability she is either confused or lying for a settlement. I don’t believe for a moment that a black woman who grew up in a New Orleans was “shocked” by some guy using foul language at her. That’s usually called Saturday night in New Orleans.

This is the quote from your initial reply people are responding to:
From there, O said he never talked to a 70 year old. The 70 year old said it was O she talked to. Then O said he doesn’t remember.
quote:And the response is that no one claims she was immediately connected to the head coach. It was documented by LSU, and reported by an LSU staff member to Husch Blackwell, that there were multiple calls beginning on December 13th. Eventually she talked to an LSU “coach” that Husch Blackwell, conveniently, could not identify. This info was all provided by LSU and not under dispute.
You geniuses actually think it’s probable some random stranger could call LSU and get immediately connected to the head football coach.
From there, O said he never talked to a 70 year old. The 70 year old said it was O she talked to. Then O said he doesn’t remember.

Also in her testimony on Friday she stated that she had recorded her calls with whomever she spoke with at LSU but "DROPPED THE PHONE IN A POT OF RED BEANS"
I thought somebody around here made that shite up since I saw zero local media reporting it but sure enough here is the proof she said that in her testimony:
YouTube video of testimony
I transcribed as best I could:
quote:
"I had recorded all the conversations I had with them and I was cooking a pot of red beans and talking to my niece and I dropped it in the pot of red beans."
Everybody in the room cracks up laughing.
"But I had recorded all the conversations I had."
That is AMAZING.
LSU football saved by pot of red beans.
You can't make that shite up (in before someone says she made all of it up).

Keep crawfishing. Using hyperbole for humor to make a point apparently goes right over your head. My point was that it would e extremely difficult for a random person to call LSU and be able to talk to Orgeron. It would also be easily provable given records logs and the number of people that would be involved making such a phone call happen. It is also readily apparent LSU is bending over backwards not to say a grandmother is lying. Is that clear enough for you frickhead?
