It makes sense to you that he would remember being told about such a bizarre situation but not remember calling the woman that it happened to?

Consider who you are talking to. Are you surprised that this would be his stance?

O calling this woman, and Guice not being disciplined for this specific action isnt a big deal, and wouldnt lead to any real discipline from O

I disagree. At that point there would be an established pattern of Guice's inappropriate sexual conduct, and the University's unwillingness to punish him over it. While the individual incident isn't overly alarming, when you combine it with the knowledge of Guice's previous actions it becomes a much more serious issue.

Y’all already have your minds made up that O is guilty and should be fired. No point in arguing with ignorance. Best of luck to you

The original complaint made by this woman, which is contained in the Husch Blackwell report, states that this woman's supervisor called "the coach" at LSU. No specific coach was named and it doesn't appear that she is even the one who contacted LSU, it was her supervisor.

Coach O told the investigators he remembers this incident, and that he talked to Segar and others about it

So, its ludicrous to say he wouldnt remember if he called the woman or not

Either he did, and he lied, or she is lying

Only if there is proof that he called the lady which phone records should prove/disprove. Even if it seems unlikely, it could have been someone else.

You are full of it here

We are saying "if" he called her he is screwed. I think its still very much up in the air if it was him on the phone or not

She claims that Orgeron called her directly with Guice in his office and wanted Guice to apologize to her but she refused to tslk to him. Orgeron denied that this took place and has now said he doesn't remember it happening. That's the issue.

he defended O not interviewing coaches for his staff. He can do no wrong in the eyes of butt pirate. But another coach loses a game then they must be fired per pirate. He’s a hypocrite

Loving what I’m hearing about the team. We look to be the team to beat in the West this year.

I mean.... it was.

But I wouldn’t have benched him.

It’s a shame this is the topic bc I’d love to talk some football. For example, I would like to see Joseph Evans at the center position. I think the depth and talent on the DL is there without him, whereas he’s needed on the OL, particularly center. He’s got the total package for center and should be Shanahan’s understudy for a smooth transition next year. Oh well what do I know?

How the frick wouldn't you remember talking to a 74 year old woman about what Guice did?

Didn't the lady change her story? Initially she said she didn't talk to Ed O and then Friday she said she did talk to Ed O.

So which is it? I'm not so sure she even knows or remembers who she talked to.

Meanwhile, Ed O says he doesn't remember talking to her?

I’m not saying the lady is telling the truth or lying but if she is telling the truth Ed O needs to be on the street. If she is lying then I hope Ed stays focused on getting the situation under control and keeping his team focused. I pray it’s all a lie, Ed O seems like a good guy but I have no idea what he is like away from TV and Radio interviews.
