Orgeron's Policy of not Disclosing Suspensions is Wrong

The list of pregame absences along with Alexander and Toliver also included:
senior defensive end Deondre Clark
senior defensive end Frank Herron
junior fullback Bry'Kietheon Mouton
sophomore receiver Dee Anderson
sophomore linebacker Michael Divinity
sophomore defensive back Kristian Fulton sophomore cornerback Xavier Lewis
sophomore Adrian Magee
sophomore linebacker Sci Martin
sophomore quarterback Justin McMillan
sophomore tight end Caleb Roddy

Absolutely ridiculous that 13 players playing on one of the most elite teams in the NCAA cannot follow simple rules to stay active. Orgeron is dead wrong by not disclosing their suspensions. These players should be chastised and should not practice with the first team this week.

They got high at a party or something.
Calm down.

This one of the stranger melts on the rant.

Shut up. Would you rather have the week leading up to the game be all about fricking suspensions?
One less story the media can beat into the ground. I have no problem with how he handled it.

Why? Why is it any of our fricking business?

Yeah 19-22 yr olds are perfect. wtf Try to remember when you were in college, you did everything by the rule book. I know I didn't

The suspension speaks for itself. Why the need to know why or disclose it. I don't understand the obsession with wanting to know. These young men did something wrong and our head coach is handling it .
Seems about the best news of the weekend

And I disagree

I have zero issue with it and team responded in kind with a thorough arse kicking.
Condemn it after these players return and look uninspired or if they get suspended again. Thus far he looks to be correct in his handling of it.

JFC, you're kidding right?

What purpose would disclosing the reasons for the suspensions serve?
If there isn't any NCAA infractions involved, why throw gas on the fire?

Your assumption that public chastising is necessary AND that without the public element is not chastising is, well, wrong.
Yeah I'd like to know too. Doesn't change the fact this is how he chose to approach it.
ETA: this falls in line and emphasizes CEO's position that the Staff's loyalty to the team, and a player's loyalty is to the team. Not fans, not coach vs player, not even the school. If everything is based on helping the team, the rest will follow. CEO isn't angling for another job, he has no reason to cater to the media. The players have bought into the idea they don't need media to get drafted, just perform and have the team perform. Again, right back to the team.
