Nope. Someone else with fix it. He may be there and clowns on here may give him credit, but someone other than O will fix it.

If only he had a national title to show for his rebuilds.

I guess we will see if this rebuild also entails hitting the lotto on an already developed QB and an elite offensive mind. So far, not so good.

But the NC does buy him one cycle. It absolutely does.

That and his contract. He isn't going anywhere for at least the next two years, his buyout is far too much.

Yes we agree and his history suggests he will fix it. I think what happened at USC gave O an invaluable lesson that things can change for the worst very fast in his line of work and he’s shown much more urgency since that incident.

He needed a QB and went out and got the best one in the country. Also got him chase, Jefferson, Marshall, CEH, Queen and everyone else. Also brough in Brady. So yeah, I’ll give him another cycle.

Miles brought us a natty and then got back to the title game in 2011. if it's all about titles, why is he coaching in Kansas and not Baton Rouge?

also, let me be clear. i'm not saying O should be fired (we definitely can't afford it). i'm saying 2020 is trending hard towards showing 2019 being an extreme outlier event. the chizik comparisons are valid b/c the worry is that Burrow = Cam, and without Burrow, we ain't winning shite under O (just like Chizik didn't win shite without Cam)

O let 2 great coaches get away that he should have done everything to keep, and I'm not talking about aranda and Brady.
Who were they? Munoz?

If the team didn't look like total dogshit (defensively) there would be no vitriol.

But I’m also embarrassed to be part of a fan base that has zero fricking loyalty to the people who brought them the best season in the history of college football.
Brady, Burrow, and Aranda are gone. You know, the people who brought them the best season in the history of college football.

Man, you people judge harshly. You act as if you come from a position of never making mistakes in your life or business. The measure is not in making mistakes or not, but in how you respond to them and correct them.

Some of you people are just plain RIDICULOUS HUMAN BEINGS

It’s really hard to understand at this point.

Nah, a lot of these people hated the hire so much they can't even enjoy last year. They are ecstatic that O is now failing.

i didn't understand the need to pay pelini that kind of money. He wasn't a hot commodity by any means. If the defense continues like it is im confident O will do what it takes to correct it.
