Unless we actually see otherwise, then I expect the same tomorrow.

I missed most of this one due to work, so I should probably consider myself lucky. I was only able to start watching in the 7th, and no point in starting up BPB then. Just have to flush it and come back strong tomorrow.

So you want Travinski to DH. Ok
But what does Bianco have to do with that?

Him playing shortstop means Arnold isn't at shortstop. Arnold playing 2B takes away the chance to try Dugas or Safford there. Moving Dugas out of LF means that Beloso can actually play there like we were told all offseason he would. That would allow Travinski to DH.

And when Doughty gets back, Dugas could be tried at third. Or he could be tried at third now.

There are a lot different combinations of things that could be done, but almost every one of them involves taking Bianco off the field and moving Arnold to short where he should be.

I don’t have confidence in our defense this year. Which is usually very strong under Mainieri. I trust our pitching and bats for the most part. I don’t see how Bianco is still starting at any position. I hate bashing players, but that’s just my take.

Doesn’t Beloso have an arm injury?
Now I don’t like Bianco at SS, but all I see is Travinski is a pinch hitter

Have they decided what Hampton is going to do when spring ball starts? If he’s going to miss half of the sec schedule it would be a waste to give him ABs right now when so many others need a look.

But absolutely yes on Travinski. I still think he has a chance to be a middle of the order hitter and what we’ve seen in limited ABs shows he may be taking to a new approach.

Jaden Hill, Ma'Khail Hilliard, and Brandon Kaminer combined today:

.2 innings, 11 hits, 17 runs, 4 walks, 1 strikeout.

That’s fricking awful

Hampton is here for the long haul in baseball. No spring football for him. Apparently you haven't seen this kid play
