He doesn’t jump to the whims of random folks on message boards.
He will replace House and hire a good replacement when the time is right.
Not in an emotional snit mid game, but on his timetable, AFTER winning a tenth game, and not disrupting the recruitment of a damn strong class.
He is a serious man who is building a team built to last, and he is the best coach LSU football has employed since Nick Saban.

That was a big problem with Les and CEO. They let the Rant influence their coaching decisions too much.

From the top down in the athletic department. No leaked info. No outsiders enfluencing whats going on. It seems like it is run well by smart people. Now let's win championships.

Not exactly the highest of bars here, but I see your point.

He’s all about the process and that tends to sustain and work over time

Yeah that "Process" kept Notre Dame in the hunt for a National Championship. With emphasis on "The Hunt".

Neither did Saban, Les, or Orgeron before they got to LSU.

Point still valid that he is the best coach LSU has had since Saban.

Who else kept them in the hunt since 1988? Charlie Weis? ND is a tough place to sustain success. Marcus Freeman is finding that out

Les did a good job coaching initially then after 2011 became Mark Richt 2.0.

Lots of shitty coaches have won national titles and lots of great coaches have won zero.

There are only 4 active coaches who have won national championships at the FBS level.

Kelly has won two D2 championships.

I like that about BK as well.

That said, now that we're 'stabilized', the expectation should be 11+ wins and consistent CFP appearances.

I'm not equating it to an FBS title, but it is factual.
