I like how you’ve been told hundreds of times it’s going to be based off moody arena, which looks nothing like the Texas campus, only for you to be distraught it doesn’t mesh with the quad

Buying the naming rights to an arena is really going to help a chain of “nonprofit” and “Christian” hospitals take care of patients. Isn’t that what hospitals are supposed to do?
Yes, I know that OLOL isn’t the only nonprofit healthcare organization doing it, but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s a piss poor way for a “nonprofit” healthcare system to spend money.

1. Those renderings look nothing like Moody Arena.

It really does, the third pic, as crappy as it is, looks the most modern..they need to do better than those.

I don’t GAF if it looks like Moody or not. But I hope it doesn’t look like a recreation of Middleton Library. Not sure how you got that I’m distraught it won’t look like campus from my post. Like you had that post saved and were ready to use it no matter how much it didn’t apply.

I’n fairly certain that’s not an actual rendering though. No way they make it look exactly like Southeastern’s student union. I guess we are talking about the same school that put prison bars on the West Upper deck windows and left a sewer pipe exposed.

Sounds like a waste of OLOL money. Health care cost too much now and hospitals are always bitching they don't have enough revenue. How is naming an arena gonna bring in more customers to your hospitals

Just goes to show you how much PROFIT those NON-PROFITS make. People do not realize the only difference between a non profit and profit hospital is the non-profits don't pay property taxes.

You do realize they have a foundation that’s solely funded by grants, private donors, and investments, right?

Non profits have to spend their money or they would lose their non profit status.

It does look like Middleton. If you replaced the front wall of the library with glass it would look almost like that. I pray to God that those are some of the proposed renderings that were rejected.
