Well, I said it would either hurt us or have no value. It could hurt us because by playoff time we’d be a weaker team than if we had played against better competition.

Any team that doesn’t make the playoffs because they played a tough schedule is not good enough to do anything in the playoffs. I have no interest in making the playoffs with mediocre teams that only got there by playing a weak schedule. That was Clemson last year, and they got embarrassed.

Bama doesn’t want us every year. They really only care about Auburn and Tenn.

Whether we like it or not, the SEC office has been trying for decades to make Arky a rivalry that simply isn’t. That’s a lock.

Ole Miss was our historic rival. Expect that to be maintained. OM’s only other rival is Miss St and that’s weak AF.

The one we will really hate is having to play the Aggies and this is another one you can bank on. The game is much more important to aTm and we simply view them as the annoying little step brother that throws a wrench in date night.

We will really only be content w OM out of these 3 but it is what it is.

I don’t want to give the lame arse A&M fans any sense of them being a rival for us. They need to go play Texas and do their yells and stupid cheers over there. We should have Ole Miss , Auburn , Miss State/Arkansas. But I’m sure we will get some bullshite

I just don’t want LSU suddenly stuck with a Big 12 schedule. We need 2 from Auburn, UF, Bama, Ole Miss and a max of 1 from Tx, A$m, Ok - in fact I would prefer none of those three. Traditional SEC only.

I don’t think that’s good to happen. Don’t think Alabama wants LSU, Auburn and Tennessee. Saban was against that before he retired.
Auburn and Tennessee have been longer rivals for Alabama than LSU

Ole Miss & Aggies will almost certainly be two of the three. I suspect the third will be Oklahoma, Alabama or Florida.

Please don't give us the Hogs. I don't like that contrived "rivalry" nor the ugly trophy, even if it's $1,000,000 worth of solid gold.

I'm feeling more & more like Florida, Bama and Ole Miss.
