Having to play a game knowing you are already eliminated is really fricking stupid.

What if that team is on the bubble and one more win would help them get in?

playing 6 games in 6 days is just as bad.
going 2-0 in a double elimination than in the semi one loss sends you home is just as bad.
the bye is fine but everything else sucks
plus games aren't pointless once you are eliminated if you are on the bubble for a host national seed or even making it, you would take more games if you could play them.

Lots of hit batters today.

Seems like we have an unusually high number of wild pitches and passed balls.

Why act like a asshat. He has to know this guy pitching is no regular. Gonna leave a mark

Two seniors’ scouting rept:
1. Beaux Jordan- breaker or 12-7 cutter low and outside, out of reach and well off the plate. He just can’t layoff of them.
2. Jake Slaughter- fastball high and outside (not too far where he can’t hit them though) first few pitches = two quick strikes because he can’t snap his wrists over to keep them fair. Then, once his bat is sped up, throw him some trash close to his hands or bounce one over the middle of the plate. Execution = lazy pop up shallow or strike 3.

We were spoiled with great catching for a decade before this year, but these guys are exceptionally bad behind the plate
Posted on 5/27/18 at 4:55 pm to sumtimeitbeslikedat
Slaughter isn’t a senior.
Posted on 5/27/18 at 4:55 pm to sumtimeitbeslikedat
Slaughter isn’t a senior, he’s a sophomore. Beau isn’t playing today. Looks like you’ve watched a lot of our games. Thanks for the report
