I realize this is a terribly down year....too many distractions with the pandemic, opt outs, off the field issues, coaching issues and NFL departures. I haven't felt good about any team we've played.
But, for some reason, something about the end of the Arky game gives me hope. Defense wasn't stellar but made more plays. Finley has confidence...But, for now, I'll take it.
They are no longer the "hunted" this year, they can be the "hunter" this week. AND, it is A & M who finds a way every year to show they don't belong. So, yes, we may be blown out for many reasons...but, just got this feeling the Tigers will show up this weekend and once again, ruin the Aggies season!

Ok, call me crazy, but Arkansas would have probably beat us if they had stuck to what was working against us in the first place. We actually, surprisingly, outcoached them.

But I also believe Jimbo can be out coached too if we’re hitting on all cylinders. So I have cautious optimism.

Hang on to that hope. It's important. Wish I could say the same thing because nothing would be sweeter this weekend than to see the lights come on and LSU play the best game of the season. Unfortunately I think we are going to have to score way too many points to win. DBU has ceased to exist and I'm afraid we are going to see a lot Aggie receivers running free across the field.

O won games he shouldn't have in 2017 (auburn) and 2018 (georgia). In 2019 the team was good enough to where there was no games they couldnt win. I'm holding out hope this will be O's big win for this season

Arkansas running 3 slow developing run/pass plays from the 3 yard line to go up 8 and having to kick a FG is what won us that game! Terrible play calling on the goal line. Briles outsmarted himself.

Six three-and-outs and 0/10 on third down is a marked improvement and better than you’re putting it. There were still big plays given up but we held containment much better and got off the field.

I probably shouldn’t feel this way because there hasn’t been a reason for the optimism from the inconsistent play but I feel LSU may pull one out against aTm.

I don't think it's crazy to think LSU can win. We just need Farrell and Logan to have their best games up front. Anthony, Ojulari, and Gaye to not lose contain. Need Cox, Baskerville, and Stephens to fill the right gaps. Stingley and Ricks to play the whole game, and communicate better with Flott on rub/pick routes. Harris needs to be Deep safety, just play back and not let anyone get past him. On offense, if the o-line can be decent somehow I think we'll be able to move the ball.

I’m with you. Outside of 2-3 abject blown coverages, the defense improved. They’re stopping the run, getting pressure on the QB and tackling better.

Being a fan is good, being delusional is not.

A&M will beat us by 20.

I think the tigers come out mad and find a way to pull off the upset. aTm doesn’t impress me and we own that arse! Jimbo is due for a letdown game and all the pressure is on them this time. GEAUX TIGERS!
