I've been high on Willis since high school. He wouldn't have made it to campus if not for the injury.
I think he's the better 1B but I also think he's the only option from that position to slide anywhere else.
If Travinski makes it to campus I'm DHing him from day 1.

The one thing that does give me confidence in the flexibility is that Beloso doesn’t seem to have any offensive dropoff from when he is playing DH to when he is playing 1B. That can be a problem with some players

Yeah, Chris Reid was and the brother of the La Gatorade Player of the Year, and 3 Time Team USA member was able to keep a spot for 11 at bats. B Doughty ain’t going anywhere as long as his brother shows up.

Do we know anything about whether Torres can play infield? Looks like he'll be here, and Perfect Game has him listed as a catcher/middle infielder.
I don't know if he's fast enough to show the kind of range we would want at shortstop, but maybe he can play third. That might give you some options.
