The guy that got drafted by the Mets is a HS teammate of Jimmy Lewis. Part of the reason Lewis blew up. Every scout was already at his games anyway and they started to really like what they saw.

Tonight and through the next few weeks are when Cain earns his money. I backed him all this season because of what he was able to lock in last season. He seemed to have such a solid pulse on what these kids were doing, and he landed a ton more than expected.
If he doesn't repeat that this year, then I'll start calling for a paid hitting coach.
