Look I'm not thrilled about the hire at all, I wanted Briles or Freeze but I'm willing to give him a chance. We've brought in big names before and the offense never really improved. Maybe he gets the job done. If not obviously orgeron is done.

Maybe Orgeron allows Ensminger to do his thing because Orgeron feels Ensminger has always been his guy so he has more confidence in allowing Ensminger to make proper coaching strategies etc.
