CPM is a third party to any decision. It would need to be announced by the player or the club, or with the players or clubs consent.

I'm being told the dodgers are trying to let the impression to the fans that they are trying hard to sign lee. The dodgers will make a final offer at the very last minute buts it's not expected to be enough. This is from friends source who usually is right. Just thought I would share what he told me 5 min ago

Out of respect for Lee who may have made a decision but is squeezing for extra money. Or maybe so Lee could tell Miles himself. Or just to let the kid have his moment. I have no info I'm just saying Mainieri isnt going to be the first to leak the info.
Of course it may still be up in the air.

sources have told me that the dodgers have made their final offer. Lee then proceeded to take the offer sheet, wipe his arse with it and then he ate it. take it FWIW
