Thanks, i remember hearing on moscona's show that he was a hard throwing kid that had some control issues. I was hoping the new pitching coach would be able to fix that. But, if he's suspended for a long time, i guess that won't happen.

QB/OF Jared Foster officially has left the football team to join the baseball team full time. Adam will he compete for any of the OF spots? If so can you give us your rankings on him? TIA

I haven't seen enough of Foster to give a good analysis. He'll definitely be a key backup but I don't see him overtaking Fields and Edward this year...

It may have been stated in here already. What happened with Jordan Rittiner? I know he had Tommy John did he not rehab well?

They've been playing him in the infield I think--he played some 2B in the scrimmage last week.

Surgery. His arm wasn't what it was before his injury.

i think his versatility will get him on the field.
he hit 9 HRs last year for Barbe. That is pretty good.

We didn't have a roster spot unless Baranik is for the team for the year. Anybody with thoughts on that?

This may be a question that I completely missed the answer to, but why is Mike Lowery not with the team anymore? I don't see him on the roster and I could have sworn he was only a junior last year. I was always a huge supporter of him last year as he seemed to be a natural at the plate with a beautiful swing and high batting average. Sucks that we lost him somehow.

if anyone is interested Tigerbait.com is doing their previews for the season of positions not as in-depth as adams but they are doing catchers infield tomorrow they do pictching and I'm guessing outfield saturday. They think Katz will get start at 1B. I'm not sure how they say the outfield will work out and DH with Katz at first. Adam how would you see it happening if Katz is at first.
