Listen, AD Alleva isn't going to let Coach O fire another OC, after the Matt Canada debacle. He's on his second OC, so he has to live with his current hire.

And you know this because...........

Thankfully, you are human and thus probably wrong. I do agree that O won't be fired. He will prob resign though. He didn't want it and he's not very good. won't say he sucks, but we need someone who can possible by very good to great, not just mediocre. Sadly, Ensm prob sucks.

I hoping you meant E here and not O.

They'll find a way for Ensminger to ease out gracefully. Health concerns, wants more time with family, etc. etc. Maybe give him an analyst position. It's a shame because I think he's actually been an effective recruiter.

if we go 10-2 losses to Champion Alabama and ranked Florida at Florida do we really need to fire anybody ? if so is their a proven candidate that can beat Alabama out there?

if we scored 0 points in the loss VS Alabama

And 19 vs Florida with -7 in our last 2 drives, than YES

2016 Florida -16 points Alabama - 0
2018 Florida 19 points Alabama -0

Our offense is bad.

We would be straight up fricked if we didn’t have Tracy Cole.

And contrary to what most thought, his buyout was not out of line with other coaches hired at the time.

most schools would hire a proven loser at all so. His buyout should be zero or pay back what he earned when he loses a game. Incentivize it.

I could see E stepping down and going back to a position coach. He’d claim family or medical reasons.

I don’t see how more people aren’t seeing this as an option. It’s either “fire him” or “he’s staying as OC” but I think the above choice is the most likely to happen. He didn’t even want the job, why would he want all the ridicule and pressure next year after doing a poor job this year?
