O/U minutes into the game before a melt?

As the game nears, memories of how much a shitshow the Scoreboard can be become fresh all over again. How many minutes (game time minutes) do we see the first melt? Which poster has the first personal melt on the board? 
My guess is 12 minutes into the 1st quarter.
