Im not saying O deserves zero credit, but his best move this season has been staying away from scheming/meddling on offense and defense. I hope the wins keep coming, but at this point i am still skeptical O can manage this program long term. Only time will tell.

Pump your brakes. Season isn't over. That was certainly a huge win but let's see how the rest of the season plays out. That drubbing by MooSt and Troy whipping them on their on field won't go away anytime soon

It’s still way to early to tell anything. I really feel that it’s just going to take time before the chemistry all falls into place and then we will be competitive

Yes, but what does he do? For $3 million, what?

Miles won a championship in 2007 while losing to Arkansas and Kentucky. I'm not a fan of either coach but sometimes shite happens. Even great coaches drop games from time to time when they shouldn't. But no matter how much we want a great head coach the one we have isn't going anywhere this season. We still need a QB to really run the Canada offense. That isn't changing this season. We won't add any depth at OL or DL this season. Those are two big areas of concern. We are playing tons of youth who will make this team better in the future. O needs to focus on recruiting the big pieces to this puzzle to step in quickly where needed. At least 2-3 juco type kids who can be eligible this spring would help. You already have one in Fehoko for next year that will be an immediate impact. Because of all this, he will be given time so let's see how it goes.

In the mean time if fans would show up and be loud as hell like the 85,000 were in the 4th quarter it'll help them out a lot.

Possible positives of the slow start to this season is that maybe it lowers the chance of Aranda and Canada being hired away soon. Canada I’m not so worried about at the moment as he hasn’t done too much yet

Can we just not talk about the coaching situation for a fricking day?

A) Some of you are morons thinking O was not lasting 2 years
B) The man just had an incredible upset when most of this pathetic fanbase told us we would lose by 30. He has every right to flip all you off, but he's clearly a better dude than that.

*Note: I hated the O hire, not a huge fan...but damn, the man needs a break

Miles lost both games in OT, both to SEC teams. He didn’t get embarrassed like O did against state and didn’t lose to a shite team like Troy. I wanted Miles gone as much as anyone. But the 2 losses we have this year are inexcusable.

O is going to be the head coach at LSU for as long as he wants to and there isn't anything anyone can do about it!

No. At 20-0 in the 2nd Q, he really didn't have that.

Credit to O and credit to the players: they didn't quit. Auburn took their foot off the gas for a moment and LSU jumped them.

Very impressive comeback.

I guess you haven’t looked at the current recruiting class?

Depth will be even more of an issue next year if O can’t right that ship quickly. Also, JUCO lineman rarely pan out in the SEC.

Especially Chark. If he doesn't take the game into his hands with two home run plays, tRant is in full meltdown mode right now.

Agree that O gets 2017 and 2018. My biggest fear is 8-4 becoming the norm and FKing/BoS deciding that's not bad enough to make changes. When Saban retires someone is going to fill the power vacuum, just like when Spurrier left FU. I want that to be us and it ain't happening with O.
