NIL stands for Name , Image, and Likeness. Article fails to address that this is the crux of both the law laid out by the USSC and marketing reality. Ironically, the NYT uses ADVERTISEMENTS to fund its rag. How many Calvin Klein , Macy’s, etc adds does it have with fat, ugly women in them ? How many with geeky guys? It’s ok for the NYT to use sex, gender, looks to appeal to a crowd to sell it newspapers but not little Livve Dunne from LSU.

Considering the POS Rag (NYT) that was doing the “Hit” piece & the fact that the athlete is a Beautiful, WHITE Female, it shouldn’t have surprised anyone that they lied about the real intent of the article.
Anyone thats paid any attention to the media, especially newspapers the past 10+ years should’ve seen it coming from a mile away, IMO at least.
The only positive thing she’s got going for her w/Liberals & Femi-Nazis is the fact that shes not a MAN!
