Nuss’s Legacy

He’ll always have the Georgia SEC championship. Then the big throws in the South Carolina and Ole Miss games last year. But it feels like now he’s had more negative moments than good ones. And if he stinks it up over the next couple games, will he even be remembered fondly? It feels like his legacy on the line right now in a major way.

Yeah he lit up a good Georgia team for 300 in the 2nd half!

He sure did. It's a shame he didn't come in until the game was already out of reach

The revelations around his work ethic are more relevant to his legacy than on-field mediocrity
He's such a horrible coach's son there can be little doubt he's adopted

His legacy will be to all extremely mediocre athletes out there in the NIL era you can convince some desperate boosters/coaches you’re worth over a million dollars

A literal mixed bag
2024 Texas A&M game pretty much sums up his career, good moments then he decides to throw cross body into the middle of the field ending up in a game changing interception, then it snowballs from there.

Man just Danny Etling 2.0, I think we'll look back in 10 years n forget he was the qb. Just a statue physically couldn't run or create but could make a throw here n there but never did really elevate anyone around him to playbetter.

Fixed it for you.

The thing is I may remember Etling more fondly. He did not have Nuss’s arm talent. But he was a great leader, smart, tough and fought to keep us in games. Did not lose us games with bone headed mistakes. Just was physically limited and couldn’t make certain throws.

quote:I absolutely will. Etling was tough as nails and laid it all out there for you even if he wasn't the best QB. Nuss is soft as shite and still just as terrible of a QB
The thing is I may remember Etling more fondly.
