If we were willing to give a HS kid 1.5, Nuss has all the leverage. I don’t have any inside scoop, but wouldn’t blame him for requiring a solid package.

“Demanding” Name, image, likeness money is a funny notion considering that if a players value is actually legit they would be getting those advertising dollars organically. This just signifies how much of a joke “NIL” is

I think he will end up being a really good QB. With halfway capable WRs, he would probably still be at Oklahoma.

Exactly. If it was actually NIL, then no one would have to "give" them anything. Companies would be lined up waiting to pay them.
It's just payroll, outsourced to fans.

When the WRs get separation JA can make the throws. JA is a different type of QB than Nuss. JA will run more, a lot more, and does not have as good of an arm as Nuss. At this point JA cannot throw open WRs like Nuss. Not saying he can't learn this skill. He has just not demonstrated it yet. But last season JA had crap for WRs at OK. They could never get separation so JA had to use his legs a lot.
