It's so much better than 12years ago it's not funny.

Sure I wish we had done better the last two years but at the same time 9-3 is not so bad.

Anyway i'm tired of all this bad mouthing.

Will you call me the great prognosticator when we're a 7 win team 2 years from now...with highly touted in-state talent signing letters at 'Bama and UF? Will you even be on this board? Will you march for Miles? Will you be able to spell Nostradamus by then?

Geaux87 When I was still sitting in the student section there were a couple of gay fellas who played in the tiger band. They were apparently dating and one was mad at the other for "sleeping with all the other gay trumpet players" in the band. I know that wasn't you because you were still in elementary school at the time. Is that still the case? Are you tiger band trumpet players still packing fudge?

If BBAtiger didn't have such cool avatars I'd bet you two are friends.

Well, I did predict that Miles' decision to hire the dynamic duo to run the defense last year was a horrible decision.

I would say that I'm a well below average fan at this point, from a rah-rah standpoint. I call it the Miles effect.

Did you predict that LSU would end the regular season in 09 #13 in the nation, be offered a New Year Day bowl invite, and with a win have a shot at their 4th top 10 finish in 5 yrs?

Now, that's a "pack" to fall into!

Ole Miss was a disastor but steps are being taken to fix the problem

You can't fix stupid. We may not lose in that exact same way again, but it's a bit of a stretch to think that the coach who orchestrated that particular fiasco won't screw up similarly in the future. It's not like he just made a bad call. He was inexplicably clueless.

Mack Brown and Colt McCoy almost suffered the same fate in a much bigger game than that, the replay was the only thing that saved them. Isn't UT one of your "elite" programs? Bill Belichick is one of the best in all of football and he has made some dumb call the last couple of weeks. It happens, let it go.

I still can't believe Belichick went for it on 4th and 2 at his own 28 with his team leading by 4, I think, and 2 mins to go.

I think I saw Manning drooling as he ran onto the field at the NE 28 and won the game!!

Hey dude, we are 3ed in the SEC this year with strong Alabama and Florida teams. The pack is about 6th --- You forget that we had a 1/2 time lead, lost our QB, RB, DB in the Alabama game and had a lead and the ball with 10 minutes to play, and jot supremely jobbed on an interception. We are at the top and NOT IN THE PACK. Ask OK, SC, and GA how hard it is to stay on top every year. We are fine.

I don't feel good about it, but I just did a shot of Grey Goose, so it isn't hurting right now.

You are correct sir. Also, Notre Dames is what, 6&6? Petey Pie is in the fricking Emerald Bowl.
We are so much better than the spoiled rantards say.

Nick Saban has won a National Championship. The University of Alabama has won many football national championships. So why are some LSU fans mad at Nick Saban if his team beats Texas on January 7th ?

There is an ebb and flow to everything under the heavens. This year...LSU had a young quarterback. This was a key piece in starting the engine. If we could have "magically" put a 5th year Matt Flynn clone on this team with an addition of a Herman Johnson on the offensive line, we may have only lost one game this year. Teams rebuild and no one stays on top forever. Bobby Bowden did not stay dominant forever nor did Steve Spurrier. Key pieces on the team will come and go.

LSU has done very well the past 5 years in football. I think Les Miles needs our support for next year. Economic cycles happen and so do football/baseball/basketball programs rise and fall. How good are the Indiana Hoosiers in basketball the past 5 years or Florida State in football. Let's be positive and enjoy the present moment. There are people who are hungry and have to sleep under interstate overpasses. Let's be glad we have each other this Holiday season. Merry Christmas to everyone.

In the pack .

There aint a team in the USA that would come into Tiger Stadium without knowing they might get their arse kicked. Including Bama and the Gators.

We hit some bumps...Miles et al blew it, with some weak coaching. But maybe the man is learning. He's a good guy...deserves a chance...if he dont keep up the crap. If he goes south...he's gone in a couple years...he knows it.

Can't wait for the bowl.
