Gotta double team her with Flau’jae and Poole. Assign Poole to never let Clark be more than an arm’s length away, no matter where she is on the court. Have Flau’jae close by in case Clark gets by Poole. . Keep Reese and Williams down low to cover their big girl and #2 option. Also can get the boards and protect the paint. Can’t risk Morris trying to cover Clark and getting in foul trouble. Can rotate in Poa and Carson to double Clark.

From the recaps (limited as they are) both teams were charging down the court for each play. There was no chill.
She also likes to take the ball down herself and then shoot from three foot behind the 3 point line.
Set up someone to take a charge at midcourt.

She basically said it in the post-game interview. They didn't understand why SC wasn't basically sagging the middle. Iowa was drawing them out of the lane and SC was happy to oblige. Also the 6' 7" girl was trying to knock the ball out too much on the dribble drive instead of using her size. SC was basically lazy.

Poole can put a body on her but may have trouble staying in front of her…Morris is quick enough to stay with her…we cannot put jasmine on her …..EVER

Call Shaq and get advice on stopping the pick and roll. Collapse on the pick and roll dump pass she made all night. USC sucked at defense in the paint for all their size. Make her beat you from the outside. Fla will be on her, I think she is athletic enough to keep up with her.

If you’re LSU you let Iowa live and die by the 3.

Let her shoot from 30 ft away instead of giving up straight drives to the basket like SC gave her. Don't up overplay their bigs shooting midrange.
