Johnny wholestaff on Thursday and see what we can do.

I would not pitch Anderson and Eyanson on short rest, especially when the former left his last start due to injury.

Paul wants nothing more than to spoil LSUs party. He is bitter about being forced out . And look what mizzou did to A&M this weekend. Can’t take them light.

Need to sweep just to assure top 4 finish.

Auburn has ole miss Uga has Avg&Mediocre

Both could finish ahead of us if we stub our toe and they sweep.

Highly unlikely, but we might as well keep it in in our control.

Auburn swept us also.

My goodness, you people new to college baseball are clueless.

LSU is a top 8 seed and that’s all that fricking matters, stop with this stupid drama

Anything less than a sweep is unacceptable and embarrassing

No problem at all taking a series from a really bad SEC team.

They’re really bad. But LSU’s road performance combined with the PM factor could make it more interesting than it should be.

We do have 3 teams right on our tail, so we damn sure better win 2 at carol if we wanna hold onto a 4th place or better in the SEC Tournament. That’s of great importance, especially with our bullpen.

Probably. I think 19 wins will be required for that "loft eagle."

A reeling South Carolina team is the ideal venue for the Tigers to rack up wins, however given what just happened at Blue Bell Park this weekend, there's no sure thing in SEC baseball.

Georgia, Auburn, and Vandy are all currently ahead of LSU in the RPI, so LSU needs to stay ahead of them to earn a higher seed. I expect the SEC to get 5 of the Top 8 seeds, though 6 isn’t out of the question. (Oregon State is getting entirely too much credit for road games in the RPI formula.) That means LSU probably just needs to stay ahead of 1 of the 3. I don’t think all 3 will sweep (especially Auburn on the road against Ole Miss), so 2 of 3 should be enough. If one of them loses their series 1 of 3 could be enough, though at that point I could see Auburn or Vandy ahead of them with a worse conference record due to RPI.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Conner Ware start Thursday with Anderson and Eyanson on normal rest. Especially after Anderson’s injury scare.

Just curious, but how can we know for sure how many wins it will take? A couple of people last night said 20 wins in the regular season would do it.
