This pitching is very worrisome. Looks like Hess and Gilbert have regressed. Hope it's just nerves.

I’m so scared to see Hess become to next Mattie Ice or whatever the frick his name is. He was never the same after getting blown out as a starter.

Fact is Hess was just an ok starter last year. He didn’t become dominant until he went to the pen. I don’t know why everyone thought he was just going to step in an be a top of line starter. He’s never been more than mid week starter, and only an average one at that.

Might as well see if we can come back from 8 down instead of 5

Small strike zone and defense haven't helped Hess. But Hess hasn't helped Hess either.

This umps strike zone is not helping the matter with how tight it is...

He’s not earning those calls from the ump. Finally he’s out. That was brutal

At least for Gilbert & Hess it has to get better next week. I don't see them struggling this much. But, if they do, guess we could see a change in our pitching rotation.

Yep Feduccia is legit

Though if our starting pitching is this bad we won’t have to worry about people stealing bases bc they’ll be raking runs in anyway
