Sorry baw, no go this week.
That is very understandable. We missed a lot of games when our kids were playing youth sports.

But that first 3 & Out by Bama was insane in TS.
Wasn’t a 3 and out Mike. Alabama drove down to about the LSU 30 before Tua got hit in the balls after a whistle no one heard because it was so loud. Then Saban tried to sneak Tua back in before Tua sat out a play. LSU pushed Alabama back and they punted. But yeah it was an insane atmosphere.

Stadium is too big for college football in todays environment. Need to go the NFL route with 70-80 thousand seat stadiums.

No excuse for fans not to show up tomorrow - yet tickets reman cheap and available
It means there aren’t as many Ole Miss fans coming. Hard sellouts at tiger stadium are driven by the number of visitors attending not the home crowd. This has been the case since the stadium expanded with the east upper deck. LSU doesn’t have enough single game fans to hard sellout both upper decks.

I love a game in TS as much as the next LSU fanatic, but it’s just tough to justify driving 3 hours, walking 1/2 mile to and from, waiting one hour to get to the interstate, and not being able to see the replays/close ups like I want to.
Now when I get the family hook up box seats on the 50, I’m down like Charlie Brown, but I usually only get those once a year.

LSU sucks is enough reason for fans not to show up.

I'm offshore, but I sold my tickets to tiger fans and they will be there.

Well a Vol fan certainly would know what it feels like to suck. I remember UT beating lsu during the regular season in 2001. How did that work out for ya? #norosebowlforut

Personally, as an alumn that lives out of state, flights to BR were $1k when I checked and NO was $500. That plus getting the kids taken care of, etc. Can’t justify spending that kind of money. To those who live in La, not sure why you wouldn’t go to the games…

t's simple. Our fans are not nearly as good as they once were. Tiger Stadium once earned a reputation as THE best atmosphere in college football. It is now living off that past reputation.
While this may be true, don’t blame it all on the fans.
Outrageous season ticket prices and TAF fees, restrictions and fees on tailgating, Horrendous traffic. Luxury and box seating for the casual rich fans who buy the tickets to give away and write off as entertainment expenses
They simply forgot who their fans were

Our fans have become piss poor terrible. It’s been a long term problem dating back to 2018.
LSU it’s self has done a piss poor job of making game day worth it but our fans are still being pussies.

My TV has better views
My kitchen has better drink and food
My bathroom is closer and cleaner
My wifi is stronger and faster
Only thing the GameDay experience has more of is coeds and coonasses.

I agree. It’s gonna be really embarrassing to see how it looks on my tv.

Because we are not even ranked. That’s the stuff casual fans look at. They think we aren’t playing for anything because we’re unranked.
If it was #10 LSU vs #7 Ole Miss, things would be very different.
