Looking forward to Kelly and his staff blowing this thing up and getting rid of a bunch of these guys.
I don't think a complete Bryant Junction style blowing things up would fly today, but hopefully Kelly and the new staff are given some leeway to find some type of workable solid foundation under all the levels of softness and rottenness and build upon that.

Is Brian Kelly bringing his own academic counselors and tutors with him? In 63 years of watching LSU football, I have never seen this many players in academic trouble. Coach O really let things go in the last year. Pretty sad.

No interim coach was going to fix this stuff.
That wasn't my point... The HC is the overseer of the program. It's obvious Orgeron didnt give a shite about the off the field stuff once he knew he was done after the A&M game.
Players not doing whats necessary in the classroom was just a reflection of the situation they were in.

Orgeron had to take classes for the players too, huh?

So add CBs to the list of position deficiencies going into next season?

Ask yourself where he has been listed all season.

The culture wasn't changing whether Orgeron was there or not. These guys weren't going to suddenly start going to classes because Orgeron was no longer in the building. The culture wasn't going to change until the new hire was made.
You saying this is the result of keeping Orgeron to coach the last 6 or 7 weeks is kinda ridiculous.
This is the result of years of lack of individual accountability inside the program.

There has been a lot of chatter on campus with students who know Dwight that he might be in trouble for weed. Heard about it way back at the Lipscomb basketball game. Me and my friends sort of blew it off at the time. If this is true I'm going to lose my shite. The compliance department is a malignant cancer and something has to be done.
Not saying this info is wrong but I have not heard anything regarding weed. Dwight can’t seem to show up on time for ANYTHING has been a big problem and CBK is fed up with it.

LSU isn’t recruiting different kids than Alabama or Texas AM or anyone else.
Yes they are.

Where is Dellinger? Didn’t figure him for an academic issue.
Dellenger is hurt.

This is why lsu needed someone like brian kelly to come in and do a re-branding.
The weed issues have been going on for years even with miles as coach.
Sure kids smoke weed at other schools but they think they can come to lsu and do whatever.
O wasn't on top of this but it has been a problem for too damn long.

Not sure if LSU will even have enough players on sideline to field a team at this rate… This is truly pathetic lol

Don't agree with it... but probably needed.
Granted, there's no excuses like when classes/tests are ongoing.

LSU doesn't have grad assistants that make sure these players go to class and take notes anymore? Also, what happened to the private tutors for athletes did those go away? The player specific building for academics blow away in the Hurricane?
