No alcohol- official

I was tired of seeing threads saying yes or no to booze in the stadium. I just got off the phone with a very nice lady named Allie in the SEC office and it was confirmed there was no alcohol sales. Club level only.
Not that I doubted Allie, but I also called Mercedes Benz stadium to double check and they also said no. I didn’t get the guy’s name I spoke with but I think it was Marcelle. He did say the beer vendors are having lobbying type meetings today though but it isn’t looking good.
I know it is posted every day but the info is mixed in with idiots saying yes there will be alcohol.
TLDR; No booze per SEC and The dome.

You might be an alcoholic if....
...you did this much research on the subject for four hours of your life.

No, but it's a common topic of discussion, and some people would like to enjoy a beverage at the game.

Bunch of lame-arse Baptists in this thread. Or recovering alcoholics.
Sorry youre weak but some of us can handle our alcohol. Besides, what the frick are you accomplishing by banning alcohol sales anyway? You think people arent going to come to the game drunk or sneak shite in? All you're doing, ALL you're doing is losing revenue and pissing people off.

Ok. So you want to spend like $9 for a warm draft beer at a football game??? Get your buzz on before the game and eat a couple hot dogs.

I am an alcoholic because I made two phone calls which took less than 5 minutes of my life.
Let me tell you my scenario and why I am interested in drinking at the game. I have 3 kids under 5 and this is my wife and I’s date night. We have a ride to and from the game and a babysitter until 11. Due to this reason, as a responsible adult, I am interested in consuming some adult beverages moderately during the game, just as the majority of people do at their home or with friends. The fact I asked about this to two people in the know now makes me a raging alcoholic and someone who can’t stand to spend 4 hours without booze. Got it.

This is such a sad thread. Why are the Baptists our in force condemning people for wanting to be able to buy beer during an LSU game?

Yet you make a post that says no alcohol and then follow it up with alcohol in the club. And then say beer vendors are meeting to allow alcohol.
So, to recap, there will be alcohol in some places and maybe everywhere?

Try reading it again as it spells it out pretty clearly.

I don’t drink but I have no problem with alcohol around me. Bought beer for my dad when he watched the Texas game. Half are still there. It’s called control.

I feel like denial is one of the stages

You need to calm down.
