the runner was tagged out after never touching the plate, the next runner scored, I think that's what happened

That’s on Travinski and Collins. Neither paid enough attention to the runner at 3rd or the lack of a signal from the home umpire.
Regardless, plenty of coaching opportunities for the rest of the season.

Yea the question is, if we were sure he didn’t touch the plate, why is Jay making Collins go tag him? Just stand in front of the plate with the ball and even if he tries to come back he’ll be out if he wasn’t already for leaving the bases
