Why the positive comments on the Negarant

C 3rd yesrnplayer
RG JUCO player should be able to step in
RT combination of 2 guys who played extensive back ups.
New =\= bad. Phillips was a “new” LB and he was pretty fricking good. Fulton was new too. So was Divinity. Greedy was new last year.
Brosette ended up being fine
Sullivan, Anderson and Giles all had significant playing experience.
Being new doesn’t excuse ournoffense being this fricking bad.
And we fricking scored 24 point on Arkansas. Sorry no one on the offense was new in our 10th game of the season.

Why are you talking about the end of the season.
Lets focus on your comments about how great we were on paper going into the season.
You spoke of how great we were on paper....want to guess how many pre Season All SEC selections we had on offense or Special Teams? I bet you know the answer.
You talked about how we under performed as it relates to our supposed talent (that no one thought we had), so why dont you point out all those publications that had us winning what we did and going to a New Years Six bowl....I bet you know how that search is going to turn out.
Now, if you want to have a separate discussion about the lack of progression thru the season, well, that is fine. But first you must accept the fact that your initial statements were just inaccurate.

On paper I think We still looked good.
I dont Really care if a player is new. New doesn’t mean they won’t play well. You recruit JUCOs to play right away. You also expect 3rd year players to be ready to play. All the coaches did was talk up Lewis and Cushenberry.
The whole “new” excuse is bullshite because if we were bad because of I experience Why weren’t we better in november?

but how can you not look at the team we SHOULD field next year and not get excited.
The moment I realize Ensminger is the offensive coordinator.

Not one player on our offense would start for Alabama, maybe 1 for UGA.
year after year after year after year, LSU has had talent across the board and still managed to go 8-4 or 9-3.
The only common denominator are the two coaches we've had in that stretch.
Miles directly meddled in the offense. Coach faux does it indirectly by hiring a "yes man" as OC.
LSU's coaching staff needs a new culture and coach faux is not the guy to make that change. As long as King and Alleva are in the picture, that change will never happen and LSU will continue to underachieve despite it's resources and talent.

Carry on.
We have no championship talent on our offense with exception to underperforming wideouts.
If Emery sticks, if Burrow and receivers evolve, who knows for next year but we still need some OL to play better.

Are you mad because you can’t refute anything I’m saying?
I’m dying for some fact checking or at least an intellectual opinion that is worth noting

I am watching the U-HIGH and STM champ game and BOTH run a better offense than LSU does.............

Yet not jes woofin'. Just one first down at that point in time would have put that game on ice.
I watched that last Tiger series in regulation, in utter disbelief. Just a sickening series of off-tackle runs against a defense which was shredded most of the 2nd half.

While what you say is true, we'll still face four very dangerous opponents next year, 2 of them on the road, with the same putrid offensive scheme.

The laughable part is he thinks he wins these discussions even though the other posters in the thread are saying he is getting owned.
He doesnt know much about football so if you discuss with him long enough you can walk him into saying something tbat shits on his own initial stance.

We were unproven at every position except LT and LG.
C....brand new
RG.....brand new
RT.....brand new
QB......brand new never played
RB........never played
WRs....never played
As it panned out, none of these players were very good
The staff has been at the program for almost a half decade.
Also, their are dozens of programs with far less oline talent and they field a competent oline.

bullshite. Posters were touting this dline to be as good as 2011. It happened

They had low expectations because just the year before,O took 52 4 and 5 star players and lost 4 games with the easiest schedule lsu has had in a very long time. Then they see top 10 miami and top 10 Auburn( both teams turned out to be garbage) and they expect7 wins. We win those 2 games against vastly overrated Miami and Auburn ,all of the sudden a 7 win prediction turns into a 9 win season.

I don't see how anyone can get caught up thinking next year will be vastly different.. not until it actually is.
Been fooled enough times on this to know better. I have been that guy talking about how much better we will be with a more veteran team.. only to still be a 3 loss team.. I will continue to expect 3 losses until proven otherwise.
And I agree, people were touting this DL to be amazing.
People assumed this year's schedule was so difficult, but looking at it now.. most those teams suck.
Next year people assume the schedule is easy, so watch it be different from expectations.. I'm not taking anyone in the SEC west lightly and Texas is far better than Miami.
FWIW, I believe O is a combined 1-6 vs Saban, Mullen, and Fisher as HC of LSU.
The only difference this season was Georgia, but we got them at home off a loss. Miami was pure trash this year. Still glad we beat them.

Agreed.
The new narrative is,"just have to get more talent. The scheme was fine."
YET not one of them respond when i bring up Southeastern shutting us the frick down in the 2nd half. I guess we dont have the talent to move the ball consistently against a 7 loss Southeastern.
