Or what?

Wade was the last holdover from the previous administration.

I think Woodward has a pretty decent track record of hires so far.

Seriously? He fired him cause he had to. Y’all can dig your head in the sand if you choose

Kelly won’t not at the expected level.

Johnson may not either.

Especially football. Bo and all those assistant hires he oversaw were masterful.

Mulkey wanted out a Baylor. He bungled football and baseball and missed on all of the top candidates before settling for what was hired.

Woodward is part of the problem, not the solution.

Then said in statement the allegations were not yet substantiated and were just allegations. You can’t have it both ways.

I think the next guy just has to not cause LSU to be put on probation. That would be an improvement.

The hell you can’t. He has to. What’s he supposed to say? “I fired him cause he is dirty’

Of course not, the NCAA knows

Let’s hold off on judgement till one of his coaches completes a season.

In theory, yes it is potentially a good track record. They have all pretty much yet to prove anything on their respective playing fields though. Mulkey is really the only one that has played a full season and exceeded expectations her first year. Jay Johnson, we still need to see SEC play to really judge him. Kelly has yet to coach a game. He's about to make his men's hoops hire to complete his regime. Give it a couple years and we'll really be able to grade his hires, it's nothing more than potential at this point.

As an LSU fan, I really hope 3-4 years down the line I'll be able to give him an A on hires. I'm disgruntled over the Wade stuff but I'm not going to hold it in and take out my frustrations on the new coach. It's done so all I can do it support the next guy and hope he can take us to new heights. I just hope during that time I don't have to see Wade tearing it up elsewhere because that's going to be a bitter pill to swallow if so.

Regardless of if there is a smoking gun or the reason Wade was fired.

The firing of Will Wade will set the program back at least 5 years. For 5 years this program will be in the 10-16 range in the SEC. It is what it is...Wade was a helluva recruiter because he recruited like all the big boys in NCAA basketball do. He got popped for it because he didn't coach at a "blue blood". End of story.

You’re the Wade apologist who was posting only two months ago how Woodward screwed up by not renewing Wades’s contract earlier!
It was now gonna cost a fortune to renew Wade b/c he beat the crap out of a pre- conf schedule!

1. Those 3 recruits will NOT be on our roster ever.

2. Most of our 21-22 squad will go pro or transfer somehere, IMO.

3. Our 22-23 squad will look like a bad YMCA team and finish 12-14th in SEC these next 2 seasons.

4. I have no idea who SW will get to take our job. Whoever it is more than likely will be fired after 3-4 seasons.

Well the only one that has coached a full season was named coach of the year. So, there's that.
