I heard they’re going to convert the PMAC Rays style for baseball and build an outdoor basketball facility where the Box once stood. Should be revolutionary.

The Trop is generally considered the best stadium in baseball. Perhaps in all of sports.

Just put a retractable roof on Tiger Stadium, make the lower bowl seats movable with configurations for all major sports from football, basketball, and baseball.
The grass fields are on tracks, with a field for baseball and football. They can be kept outside for basketball season.
No need for the crazy tech AC helmets.
