Uniforms are nice and the back story even nicer.

However, its time to move on from that antiquated early 90's rave font that we use for 'LSU' logo... It's awful.

Exactly, they look great and they give respect to the great history that is LSU.

While not traditional, the uniforms represent something. Something real and awesome.

Based on the cell phone pics from the other day, I was of the camp that hated them. Having now seen the video and the meaning behind them, I'm okay with them. I'm still a little apprehensive, but I'm sure they'll look good under the lights. And I love this kind of stuff like honoring the past, like with the throwback helmets against ole miss.

Not a fan. As I posted in another thread earlier in the week, it looks too much like the University of Washington.

How do we show off these helmets that change colors in different light?

Keep them in the dark.

i think they wanna hide it so we can see the full effect at the game.

Only thing I don't like is the font they used for the numbers.

On the article LSU Released, the font was common in the early 20th century

The back story is noble.

Is it safe to presume the receivers and qbs have practiced in the helmets to make certain there are no optical issues that would cause sight line issues?
