That goes for any coach Lester that’s not what it says. You don’t wanna say what it says because it would destroy your narrative about Wade. The snake has eaten it’s tail for you buddy.

It says even if he’s under investigation he can be terminated without recourse but that would go against your narrative since you claim he’s currently being investigated when he isn’t. Go practice your chess moves some more, I told you I can predict your moves and you just got checkmated.

The amendment gives 3 stipulations:

xviii: commit any level 1 or level 2 violation

xix: formal NOA of level 1 or level 2 violation

xx: indictment on any federal or state criminal preceedeing

None of this come forth yet.

Funny everyone else needs to provide solid proof while you deal in motive and assumption all the time. So answer this, what coach has any recourse against being fired for breaking NCAA rules? And if the answer is none, which would be correct, what did Wade add to his contract language? See if I recite the line you’ll just refute its meaning, that’s what dealing in motive provides the person using that tactic. So I’m just gonna keep it on a level playing field since you know you are what you are.

....And again

Assumption and predicting motive, how’s that working out in all your “got heem” endeavors? Damn near half a decade and 0 for infinity lmfao.

I don't remember hearing Dabo's or Saban's voice on the FBI wiretaps

A Clemson basketball coach (Smith) is on wiretap saying their football program does it too. That’s pretty much “caught.”

It’s also the reason Clemson fired Smith. Not because he was cheating, but because he put their precious football program at risk.

LINK

I remembered Alabama’s involvement incorrectly. It was Marty Blazer’s testimony in trial where he specifically named the amounts he gave to players from football programs including Alabama, which would’ve made those players ineligible and they’d have to vacate wins.

Then you have to believe that Will "Better Than D League" Wade is "caught".

Well exactly. That’s the point. If this is enough to bring down wade it’s enough to bring down Dabo, Saban, Coach K, Cal etc.

But no one is even talking about that.

“That’s why football is so successful, is if you do it and use resources at Clemson, like you can really keep everything tight"

does not equal

“could compensate [players] better than the [NBA] rookie minimum.”

The clemson basketball assistant or the school wasn't disciplined by the ncaa, he was fired as a sacrificial lamb to cool the heat. Wade is too valuable, and also has a top flight ncaa lawyer he's armed with. Now if only our ad could marry into the family of the head of the ncaa, then we'd be set. Hmmmmmmmm.
