Well that is one way to expose the fragility on this board.

Did you just learn this word? That's at least the second time using it today

This is pathetic spin.

Come on guys, the scorpion just wants to be taken across the river. If it stings the frog, they will both drown. There's no way it will sting the frog. He said "Geaux Tigers".

Bye bye Mike and fighting tigers.

OMG! That will ruin my experience as a LSU sports fan!

I go to sporting events to be entertained. As an escape. Sometimes I go to see a player that I've closely followed make history. I do not need to be lectured about something that is quite clearly written in the LSU history books.

Not at all, but you’re absolutely terrified that anyone would dare question the narrative and push back.

That’s obvious.

I don’t give a damn about any narrative. Go ahead and continue your crusade. Just seems odd to do that when you’re so “done” with LSU.

It was a pretty normal answer.

the committee will make a report

We will look at the report and decide how we feel about it as a community.

The he was asked about the nickname and he looked like he had never heard that before so he didn’t want to touch it

The he said “that being said there is history and there’s the decision” like “there is a 0% chance I’m ducking with that”

He came across like a smart guy who probably realized he can’t take us too far or he’s gone.

And the. He ended with Geaux Tigers

But yeah pretend the name is changing.

I never said I was done with LSU so you can stop pretending I did. I have not yet begun to fight.

No, but that's a good reason to go to the Renaissance Festival.

The BOS elected him knowing full well what he was about what exactly does he have to be concerned with? He ain’t losing his job.

And the guy is probably only going to be here 3-4 years anyway before jumping to Vandy or Tufts or something.
