New coach should hire a competent OL Coach and mandate that he recruit OL's that have proven run and pass blocking skills; that are both physically and mentally qualified to play at an SEC Championship caliber level. Return that to PIMger Stadium. (OP is an Idiot)

100% agreed. This was one of the most badass traditions in all of sports - no one else had a live tiger on the field and outside the visitors locker room.
Giving an INCH to demented groups like Peta is what destroys tradition and culture. You can’t compromise with these people; you have to tell them they don’t matter and to eat shite.

So here’s a couple thoughts:
Add a permanent cage inside the stadium. Dig a tunnel between the two cages. Only feed him in the kart inside the stadium.
Other thought : bring a different Tiger not at the Sanctuary in the trailer. Call him Mick or Mickey. Etc.
But I really don’t care though.

Accreditation is an important step LSU decided to take because it has said it will not purchase future tigers from the black market. Legitimate sources are available for accredited sanctuaries.
This is not a case of PETA making LSU bend the knee. PETA believes no animal should live in captivity, period. No exceptions. LSU's tiger, which was born in captivity, could not survive in the wild. Tigers are an endangered species, and will likely become extinct during our lifetime, with the exception of those in captivity. PETA would rather nature take its course and prefers extinction over animals in captivity.
The days of loading Mike the tiger into a cage, pulling him around Tiger Stadium and poking him with a stick to make him roar are long gone. Complaining about it is beyond futile. LSU felt like accreditation was the only way it could commit to having a live tiger on campus for future generations.
