Name one SEC game that was fun to watch. EvenBama was frustrating with the bad coaching calls. We should have won that game by 10 points. We should have won Auburn, Ole Miss and Arky by 14, and Moo St had life even at the end.

The brand and style of football is not enjoyable while it is taking place. You get to sit back after its all over and thank luck or whatever that you somehow got 10 wins, but at no point do you ever feel comfortable while the games are going on.

so if a coach doesn't win to suit your "comfort" their brand of football isn't' acceptable, Sire? OOOh Moo St a ranked team had life at the end, a week after the Bama game, guess a 20 point win isn't comfortable for you either.

No it could not have been 08 this defense was too good, so that is absurd. 08 you were asking a true freshman and redshirt freshman to lead a team not a 4th year junior.

LSU has come a long way from Dinardo years and even the Saban years. LSU is a top 10 team every year this even the media predicts LSU to win at least 10 games (as almost all of teams in top 10 finish with 10+ wins) so why shouldn't LSU fans expect 10 wins as well and want 13?

Meh fun is in the eyes of the beholder.... I enjoyed a lot of LSU games this year and cursed at my tv on several others. I enjoy an intense win as much as a blow out. So they are all enjoyable unless LSU were to lose

Fun to watch? South Carolina was pretty fun to watch

Once again you prove my point. Some fans have a "I invest a lot of time and a lot of money for this product and I demand more for my money than I am getting" attitude and they have lost their perspective

We are watching 18-22 year old amateur athletes that meet for a maximum of 20 hrs per week and then play a game. cfb is a professional level product that is produced by amateurs. We pay professional product money to be a part of the experience and we expect professional level output. But that is impossible with the roster turnover we see annually in cfb.

Alabama is a distant outlier, not the norm but Alabama is also the standard? What condition would Alabama be in if McCarron was a bust? Or he got hurt last year? I doubt they would be the standard we measure our program against without the continuity at QB they have enjoyed.

Agree. Between tickets, travel, food and out of state tuition for 2, I bet I spend more than almost anyone here on LSU (not donations).

I am so happy to be able to come down there and watch and enjoy. I love to win. Hate to lose, but man, we live in "Merica," and we have nearly nothing to complain about.

Our small segment of fanbase is an embarrassment.

I honestly think that we are probably a Chris Faulk injury away from being undefeated this year

All things considered, 10 wins isn't anything to just write off

This was a successful season

Stop and think you are complaining about "how we win" lol really?? think about...

We win so munch that you are complaining about "How we win"

When winning is the measuring stick and the most important thing is college football, I have to say LSU has that covered.

Every year we start out and end in the top 10 with a chance to get into the SEC championship game, a BCS bowl and the National Championship. The reason why...Because we "WIN" not how but we do.

Shut the F@&K up and enjoy that we are one the best programs in the country and we are always in the mix.

Go ask Kansas St, Notre Dame, Okl State if they want to trade their one year for every year to have a chance

Les Miles and LSU had the highest Div.I winning percentage in 2011. 13-1

Past 26 games, LSU = 23-3 = 88.46 % winning pct.

What other coach, besides NS, is going to generate that type of success ?

There is no guarantee that Saban would be winning 3 or 4 NC at LSU if he was still coaching here.

The mindset of a lot of fans is "All of Nothing type thinking." Either we go 14-0 every year, or we are a failure. That type of fallacy thinking is absurd and leads to a miserable way of living.

We got a great fun loving and sometimes goofy coach who loves LSU and he will give us everything that he has. We fail to see how damn good we have it with coach Miles here at LSU.

I didn't say it was not acceptable nor that I wasn't glad we won. I said it was frustrating and it just is, no amount of bashing me is going to change my mind on that. I get it that we won, that doesn't make the experience of getting there an enjoyable one.

Yay, we are 10-2, but watching a sloppy, undisciplined team is starting to get very old. And what does 10-2 get us anyway? No national championship. No SEC championship. Maybe not even a BCS bowl. What's so great about being 10-2?

hell, maybe we should be proud of going 10-2. i would imagine that record woud be cherised by any sec school. just ask the alabama fanbase. i bet there would be unlimited joy in tuscaloosa with a 10-2 record, which will probably hold true for years to come.

This thread is making Bama fans look rational. If you got problems with the current state of this program, go jump on another bandwagon. You won't be missed.
