We’re on it! Believe we’re all for team Geaux in this one and 5/6 of us will be sporting purple and gold.

This is not a rivalry.

Bama spanks LSU most of the time.

Sucks that you won’t get the full experience of a night game in TS.
It will be dark in the third quarter,

For dinner go to Mike Anderson's for some excellent cajun food. Chimes for the Friday night partying. For breakfast one of the days you should go to Louie's just off campus.

As for NO, Bourbon St is mostly passe. It'll be cool for you to walk around the French Quarter, including Bourbon St just to say you did it but the place to go to is Frenchmen Street. It's the go to for music, club after club. Also check and see who is playing at Tipitina's, The Maple Leaf, and Chickie Wah Wah's. You'll find some great music amongst all of those.

you can always check the ticket exchange board here on TD.com . Haven't looked at the prices but im sure they have some selling tickets and at least you can avoid the fees that the ticket sale apps charge

Get on campus early. Traffic will be bad since its a 2:30 start. Traffic afterwards is even worse. My advice is to make friends with an LSU tailgate before and return there after the game to watch the night games on TV while traffic dies down. The gumbo and jambalaya will taste even better after a day full of drinking, especially if LSU wins.
