This is Exactly what is wrong here. The way to run any organization at a top level is to hire only the best people you can get and let them do their jobs. Only small minds want personal loyalty and someone who does whatever they say. You need different ideas in order to be the best. Hiring only people you know will not win championships in the long run.
It is becoming obvious that O has not learned from his mistakes. He thinks that he must hire those who will let him be in total control. I've seen this too many times not to recognize what is going on.
