It’ll be so worth it to get Uber or Lyft. It’s going to be HOT....and there is nothing but concrete. Safe? Maybe.

Lol at people from Baton Rouge and NOLA calling Arlington ghetto

FYI, Arlington has 400,000 people and has good and bad areas. The area around the stadium isn’t nice per say, but isn’t ghetto either.

Also, not sure if it’s been posted but the new development next to the stadium had its grand opening two weeks ago and is very nice. It’s called Texas Live and has some bars, restaurants, and a brewery. Also building hotels and a new baseball stadium

Has a Lockhart Smokehouse too

Walks to games are measure in beers, not miles or minutes. This one sounds like a 6 pack or so, easy enough. Should fly by as you deposit recyclables into the proper receptacles along the way.

Took an Uber from Ft. Worth to Jerrah World to watch us get our asses beat by Bammer a couple seasons ago. Cheap and cheerful on the way there, had a good tailgate at a dive bar commandeered for SC fans by a booster. After the game, the surge fee was ridiculous for Uber. Only cost $18 to get there, over $100 to get back.

Caveat Emptor, y'all.

Lived in Arlington for 17 years before moving out.

Central Arlington has some shaky areas & while the walk over in daylight should be OK, I wouldn’t trust the walk back after dark.

As stated, city blew up to 400K people, not all of whom are top-notch citizens.

rough part of town

There’s not rough parts of town in Arlington Texas. This ain’t Louisiana you don’t have to watch your back everywhere you go.
