Cliffs are BK was all business all the time, Freeman a little more fun and loose and trying to make each day unique.

I’ll take all bidness over fun.

In fairness the context was more Freeman trying to avoid players feeling things were a bit mundane, especially in the offseason when there’s no game to look forward to.

Now that a lot of them are getting paid, they shouldn’t have a problem with all business. I’m sure Kelly will let them have a little fun if they get their work done.

Once we win a Natty, Kelly can relax (but only for a few days)

Pretty telling the respect they have for BK. That made me 100x more excited about the season.

Ed O was the easier and fun coach. It worked for a season, but not any longer.

BK will do great things here with his discipline and commitment to his system.

Ouch. You're right. Fun and loose doesn't win games nor sustains programs.

Yes, but otherwise appreciate you sharing. It’s custom to at least provide a handful of cliffs when you post a link/video

Guys spoke highly of him.

My takeaway:

Kelly adapts but expects a lot from his players.

Knows how to get what he wants.

Grabs & expects your attention.

What's not to like?
