The heat was WV worst enemy yesterday - they should be ecstatic it’s delayed

fricking sit you uninformed piece of shite

Here's a more detailed breakdown:
Before the game:
The home team's athletic director or designee determines if the game can start based on field conditions and weather.
During the game:
The umpires have the authority to make decisions about weather delays and suspensions, including lightning delays.
Team agreements:
Before the game, the home and visiting teams can agree on specific guidelines and protocols related to weather delays and lightning safety.
NCAA guidelines:
The NCAA provides guidelines for lightning safety, including recommendations on when to suspend play and resume activities after lightning or thunder.
Safety first:
The primary focus of weather delay decisions is player safety, especially regarding lightning.

If your West Virginia your happy you didn’t burn your starter. I’m betting he’s putting all his best tonight and hoping if they win to patch game 3. Can’t afford to lose a guy because of rain. Ineffective sure but not because of weather.

I'm wondering where the rain is located. None of the future radar animations have rain near BR for the next several hours.

You’re gonna get drug here by idiots but you’re right. Tell me all you knuckle dragging fricks, where has this happened ANYWHERE else. It’s Jay! I know he doesn’t have final say BUT he’s definitely using his influence. Season ticket holders and everyone else that plan their lives around attending and supporting our Tigers should be pissed off. I’m learning it’s possible to love my team and dislike the coach. GEAUX TIGERS! Kick arse in Omaha

fricking Sabins delaying so they don't have to play in the heat. NCAA should investigate. See how that works.

How so? You enjoy having to stay up past midnight to watch these games when it never even rains? You think fans who spend all this money to go appreciate getting delayed 3-4 hours because it might rain?

We also played without a gay extra base or even an oven mitt.

This delay nonsense is definitely on jay however. It's out of control.

I had season tickets over 15 years. Never had anything close to this. Play the damn games in a timely manner.

Softball played an entire game while guys were in a weather delay earlier this year. Closest rain is in Bunkie. They should be playing ball.
