Should we care what an eighteen year old athlete thinks? Should we care what any eighteen year old thinks? They can't even legally by alcohol.

Explain to me in a few sentences why it would bother you that players are allowed to do this.

You explain why under our Constitution, its right for political messages of one party are fine, but messages that support the country/freedom/capitalism are not allowed.
Put Trump, our President on the Jersey, NO NO NO!
Put a repeat felon on the Jersey, Yes Yes Yes!

I'm hoping someone will put the Flag on their Jersey.

Doin this shite when only 20 thousand can show up anyway. Gives them a year to try it without the numbers showing displeasure with it. And now there using your own money against you if you dont agree with what agenda they're pushing. Ive been afraid this would happen. KEEP THIS shite IN PRO SPORTS!

The patients are running the Asylums. What percentage of black players will have BLM on their name patches? I say 75%. You?

No need. Its like arguing with a Progressive or wrestling with a pig.

Go to the BLM web page and read it.
Then come back and wrestle.

Unreal....
They are creating more problems for all parties involved. You can’t regulate one and not the other.....well, I guess you can nowadays.? So, what happens when little Johnny wants to put MAGA 2020 across his back? Sensor one, then all hell breaks loose!! Lose lose situation IMO.

Shouldn't they also be able to raise awareness for other causes they feel passionately about such as mental illness, physical handicaps, terminal illness, poverty, education, women's rights, etc?

A handful of people are ruining sports as we once knew it .These things mentioned above would be important IF the players gave a shite about them . It's all about the injustice of being black. The leaders of the BLM movement are surely driving a wedge between 2 parts of society , and they are in the minority. If they feel so slighted, just start up an all black league , and see how that works out. Hah!

I watch sports as an entertaining diversion from reality and the problems of the world.

If I’m going to have to be subjected to social commentary during a football game, then I’m out.

I’d suspect I won’t be the only one

There are more enjoyable ways to pass the time than have people’s political views crammed down our throats. We get enough of that every day

Why can't the NCAA or the individual schools just say "No" to any and all messages that aren't a part of the "normal" uniform? Fans on both sides of the fence could be upset by what could be allowed if all reasonable expressions were allowed. So, why risk the blowback? This is their opportunity to set themselves apart from professional sports and pick up additional viewers and supporters that are upset with pro sports for doing this. Again, why are adults so afraid to tell the youth "No"?

The Sports World, pro and college, has caved in to the liberal Marxists and socialists of our American society!
The sports world as we knew it is GONE!

So if one player wants to have a confederate flag as his symbol, the NCAA better not say a thing.

Like every thing else these days, the NCAA has caved in to the Coronabros.
