Mike Graham
We graduated from HS same year although different schools in the area. Got to know him while working at a local sporting goods store and restrung his glove a few times when he was in HS.
Once at LSU, he FedEx his glove to me to have it restrung. We talked about LSU baseball when he was back home. Fun to have a personal connection way back when.

Tre Morgan. Played 1b better than anyone who ever played 1b at LSU PLUS he is a Louisiana native.
I guess Tre did things at 1b that I have never seen done at that position.'
Antoine Duplantis is a close #2.

Recency bias has me thinking Dylan Crews. I loved watching him.
Aaron Nola had me raving back when I started listening every Friday night on 98.1. 4 consecutive complete games in SEC play and I'll never forget it.

Zach Hess. That guy was so fiery and competitive. Really enjoyed watching him come into the game and wreck some teams.
Second place: Todd Peterson. Who can forget his post game interview and the press conference.

Lyle Mouton.
I played in the LHSCA All-Star Basketball game with him.

Surprised at the lack of love for guys like Jared Mitchell and DJ Lemathieu.
Especially Mitchell considering how charismatic he was and being integral to that 2009 champions.
Grew up with him and you’re hard-pressed to find someone who could say something bad about the guy.

Have to go with our Ponchatoula home guy Hunter Gomez. Friday night starting pitcher on the 2000 National Championship team. But honestly having watched so many teams and players it is impossible to name just one.

Probably Ben McDonald and Joey Belle
On this team it’s Curiel…I love watching that kid play…from his plate discipline to his clutch-ness, defense…kid is an absolute stud
