Myles the Next Geauxt

Had to pass this article on!

Preseason has us favored in every game and where we are not favored, it’s less than a FG.

Geauxt in Heisman hunt or Top 1/2 SEC QB, it’s going to be one helluva ride in 2020.

Edit / Added: Dandydon was good yesterday!

Quote from Coach Ensminger

“You just be the best Myles Brennan you can be and it’ll be enough, I promise you.”

So what would the best Myles Brennan look like? Well, consider this: Brennan came to LSU as one of the most highly-touted pro-style quarterbacks in the nation after rewriting the Mississippi prep record books. While at St. Stanislaus, he set the Mississippi high school career record for total offense (16,168 yards), passing touchdowns (166) and passing yards (15,138).

Truly Amazing
As a senior, he completed 275-of-399 passes for 3,982 yards with 48 touchdowns and only three interceptions.

And did we mention he has a stronger arm than Burrow?

“LSU may have lost great offensive players like wide receiver Jordan Jefferson”

Jordan will truly be missed

he was the QB when I really got into college football at like 8 years old, so I always called Justin “Jordan” by mistake lol. Glad I’m not the only one

"Admittedly, Brennan may only be a top-half quarterback in the SEC this year. The conference has plenty of talented signal-callers the likes of Jamie Newman at Georgia, Kyle Trask at Florida and Kellen Mond at Texas A&M. We’d also be foolish to overlook Feleipe Franks at Arkansas and Bo Nix at Auburn. Burrow might be gone, but the SEC has some good quarterbacks ready for 2020."

All of these QBs suck.

48 TDs with only 3 picks is what shocked me

How did this kid end up being #6?

It had to be his 182 lbs

The Favre’s gotta hate Myles who shattered all their records

The competition level was not that great. They played one of the NO area teams and got crushed when he was QB. It was not really his fault from what I remember, they just had inferior talent at most positions.

Brett Favre actually contacted Brennan when he was still in high school and worked with him. I think he’s ok with Myles breaking all of his old records.

L.O.L. at taking this article serious. This is a glorified fan blog site with some national exposure. I wouldn't take one thing serious that came from this site. If tigerdroppings allowed blogging it would be Fansided. Too funny this is propped up as something to acutually take serious.

I thought the same thing when I first read this as well. Just needs to work on that grammar to make it actually say what he was wanting to say

I once saw an episode on Swamp People, when Willie, talking about a gator, said “he’s atleast 12 foot, 11 foot for sure”.

Minor hijack, one of my favorite Yogi quotes:

When asked if he wanted his pizza cut in 6 or 8 slices he responded “better make it 6, I don’t think I’m hungry enough to eat 8.”
