I’ve been three times: 06, 08, and 2010. All three were very loud and wild atmospheres

I’m glad auburn fans have toned down all of their fake horror stories about LSU fans. Does anyone else remember the mid 2000s where auburn fans wrote Stephen king novels about how awful LSU fans were so random that auburn of all places would be self righteous

We played there in 1973 when I was in Tiger Band. We got a great reception from their fans when we played halftime. After the game, which we won, a group of Auburn fans came up to us, shook our hands and told us how great our band sounded. One guy said, "You guys can bring your band here anytime-you're always welcome. But just leave those Tigers (football team) at home!" I thought the fans were very classy, at least at that time.

BTW, despite what Auburn fans might tell you today, back then they called themselves The Auburn Plainsmen or the Auburn War Eagles. They were not known as the Tigers until the 1980s.

I was there...it's the sound system on the MegaTron TV that makes the most noise. Fans are passionate, no doubt, but I was impressed by how they utilized the big screen to motivate the masses and how they promoted their players, etc.
Not all fans are warm and fuzzy, though. Got cursed at by a young prick from one of the tailgate tents for me yelling
"Two in a row, baby!" Told me to get my f---ing arse out of there. I responded, "You learned that big word at Auburn? Two syllables, at that!" Needless to say he was brokenhearted!

It's amazing how many current college kids don't know this.

Well, that's one way of generously offering visiting fans tailgate food. Who says LSU fans are the only ones that bombard guests with food?

Joe Burrow in his post game interview: “I could barely hear myself think out there.”

Noise is for the opposing teams, not opposing fans.

Well it sure seemed like we had no problems with communication and snapping the ball.

Is it due to the accent you guys have? Do y’all pronounce Michael Jordan the same way or is it that the person who the stadium is named after pronounces his name that way specific to his family?

The noise was fairly loud in the first quarter but it didn't get TS loud until the last possession. Stadium was nice but I think it should be illegal to blast music as loud as you can while our guys are huddled up trying to call a play. That shite is dumb

Auburn fans as a whole are a pretty good group. Most of their fans have a tie to the school unlike their drunk trashy cousin across the state.

Perhaps the biggest difference is that Auburn fans don’t sleep with their relatives.

I like auburn fans. Always had a ball tailgating with their fans when they come to BR.

Compared to TS, JH is church. Our last drive was not loud at all.

This was my second trip to Jordan Hare and I disagree to an extent. LSU is louder, no doubt.

Jordan Hare is an awesome atmosphere, it was a little louder two years ago. I will admit yesterday they really only cranked it up on 3rd downs. Other downs were not booming.

Huge win for this football team. It was awesome to be there.
